The Florida Cow Culture Celebration is a huge celebration of our colorful cow history and will include authors, artists, singers, poets, storytellers, historians, reenactors, period craftsmen and good ole' cracker food.  Come share this unique Florida experience with friends, family and the cattle drive participants.

Come treat yourself to entertainment by world renowned cowboy singers, poets, musicians and reenactors.

Visitors to the Florida Cow Culture Celebration will become “time travelers” as they are immersed in the sights, sounds, smells and events of Florida’s cow history.  The participants will bring history to life.  Come and experience the Florida cracker traditions and culture of the eighteenth, nineteenth and early twentieth centuries before fences and when cattle production was king in Florida.

THE FLORIDA COW CULTURE CELEBRATION will take place at the new Silver Spurs facility on Canoe Creek Road (County Road 523) in Kenansville, South Osceola County on December 9, 2006.  Admission is $10.00 adults and $5.00 for children 12 and under.  The Celebration is open to the public.

Florida historians, artists, authors and pioneer craft demonstrators who are interested in participating in the Florida Cow Culture Celebration call Larry Ellis (407)760-1989.
